Mr. Olusegun Alebiosu is the Group Managing Director and CEO of First Bank of Nigeria Limited since June 2024. With over 30 years in financial services, he specializes in credit risk management, corporate banking, project finance, and sectors like oil & gas, agriculture, and transportation. He holds a BSc and MSc from the University of Lagos, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and Harvard Advanced Management Program. Starting at Oceanic Bank (1991), he held key roles at Coronation Merchant Bank, African Development Bank, and UBA before joining First Bank in 2016 as Chief Risk Officer, rising to Executive Director/Chief Compliance Officer (2022) and acting CEO (April 2024). A Fellow of ICAN and member of CIBN, NIM, and NIIA, he drives digital innovation and market expansion, earning awards like "Banking CEO of the Year – Nigeria 2025" and "Outstanding Banker of the Year 2025."
